Dave Persson

Dave Persson is the Regional Vice President of the North at Aerotek. In this role, he oversees the sales, operations and strategic direction to drive performance and growth within Aerotek’s northern region.

Dave’s journey with Aerotek began in 1998 as a commercial recruiter in Denver, Colorado. Over the years, he has held several leadership roles including director of recruiting, director of sales, director of professional development and director of business operations. He was also among the first team members to spearhead Aerotek’s implementation services.

In his most recent role as executive director of learning & development, Dave’s vision and creativity were instrumental in strengthening Aerotek’s learning and development programs for all employees.

Throughout his career, Dave has built a strong legacy, earning recognition for his stewardship and significant contributions to Aerotek’s success.
