John Paulsen

John Paulsen is the Regional Vice President of the West region at Aerotek. In this role, John manages the operations, sales and strategic direction of opportunities and offices in Aerotek's western region including California, Hawaii, Oregon, Washington, Idaho, Nevada, and Utah.

John began his career as a recruiter for Aerotek in 1995 in Los Angeles. He has spent the last 14 years in roles with TEKSystems, Aerotek's sister company under Allegis group. John started at TEKSystems in 2009 as an Account Manager in Orange County, CA. After two stints leading business operations in California markets, he was promoted in 2018 to his most recent role as Executive Director for the NorCal district. In that position, he led his market to significant growth while advancing relationships with major customers.

Throughout his career, John has built a strong reputation for building and developing delivery and sales teams, and he has been recognized with numerous internal leadership and performance awards.
